Branch Manager (PMB)

Security Hyperstore has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to our Team!

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations within the branch
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the sales team
• Keeping track of stock and liaising with Head office / Warehouse
• Analyzing sales figures and putting action plans into place
• Maintaining awareness of what competitors are doing
• Ensure store administration is completed according to company requirements
• Forecast and plans according to sales budgets
• Marketing the branch within the area to attract new business

Requirements

• Matric certificate with Driver’s license
• Knowledge of security systems is advantageous
• Previous management experience
• Focused on customer service
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
