Products
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the within 2 business days provided payment is validated/received before 13:00 (SAST). Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 business days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to ensure effective shipment of your order however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Security Hyperstore will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Pictures may differ from actual product and / or Pictures are for display purposes only. Product images may portray accessories however this may not necessarily be included unless otherwise stipulated on product description.

Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase through this website.
Shipping Terms
Our courier will only deliver to a South African street address. For deliveries outside of South Africa, please contact our customer service department during office for a confirmed quote. A signature is required on all deliveries. All items are delivered between Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 17.00pm. Orders are shipped out once your payment clears and leave by 15:00 (SAST). Grey areas are routes taken less by our courier and take longer to arrive, should you reside in a grey area an estimation will be given on the arrival of your order (Subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as striking, road closure etc.
Light Goods
Your order will be delivered by our chosen carrier. If no-one is available to sign for the item at the delivery address when our carrier calls, a card will be left detailing how to arrange re-delivery or collect the item from the carrier.
Heavy Goods
The item will be dropped off at a ground floor location, where possible at your front door. The carrier will not be able to deliver the item via any stairs or via a lift. You will need to position the item yourself and remove the packing materials.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will need to ensure your floor loadings are not exceeded.
You will need to ensure that appropriate parking or a loading bay is available for our carrier’s vehicle. You will also need to ensure there is clear access along the entire delivery route for the item ordered and the carriers moving equipment, including through all doorways. You will need to ensure the installation site is clear. We may ask you to complete a Heavy Goods Delivery Form to confirm these details before your order is dispatched.
Our carriers may charge us a fee if a delivery has to be aborted. If a delivery is aborted because you have supplied inaccurate or incomplete information, or the delivery site has not been prepared as agreed, or you are not available on the scheduled delivery day to receive an item, we reserve the right to recover the aborted delivery charge from the stipulated customer.
Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery lead times are indicated for each product and can be:
1 To 3 Working Days: These items are in stock in our own warehouse. Orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched the next business day
2 To 5 Working Days: These items are in stock at our carefully selected suppliers. These orders are usually dispatched within five working days.
10 To 14 Working Days: These are mostly heavy items exceeding 15 kilograms. We aim to deliver these items within two weeks from receipt of completed order. The delivery day will be booked in with you by phone by our carriers for these items.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you upon receipt of your order, wish to cancel the purchase, you would need to communicate this to us within 7 days after having received the goods.
1) If your motivation for cancellation is based upon fact that the goods were received in a damaged or defective condition, we will require for you to return the goods to us, and we in turn will either replace the said merchandise with new product or refund you in full including all transport costs incurred.
2) Should your decision to cancel the purchase be based upon the fact that the goods supplied to you do not meet with your expectations, notwithstanding the fact that they have been received in good order, you would need to return the goods to us via pre-paid insured post/courier. Upon receipt of the goods and provided they are returned unused in their original packing in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount of the cost of the goods only, less a 15% handling charge. All costs incurred in sending the goods to you will not be refunded.
Goods manufactured / ordered to Buyer’s specific requirements may under no circumstances be credited for reasons of unsuitability. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, including keys if applicable. Please allow 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Cancelled Orders
Please note that cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%. This includes the cost of packaging and transferring the item(s) as well as fees generated by VCS and other service providers.
Purchases may be returned to us for a credit subject to a 15% handling fee. Before returning any item, you must contact Security Hyperstore and obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must do this within seven days of the delivery of your order.
We cannot accept returns without a return authorization number. Goods must be returned to Security Hyperstore unless we ask you to return them directly to our supplier. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS TO RETURN THE ITEM. THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Goods manufactured to Buyer’s specific requirements may under no circumstances be credited for reasons of unsuitability. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, including keys if applicable. Please allow 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
* Note: Security Hyperstore recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
- Shipment tracking.
2. Ensure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in the South African Rand (ZAR).
Security Hyperstore endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Security Hyperstore reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Credit Card
We accept American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard & Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Security Hyperstore as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
Direct Deposit
You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. However a direct cash deposit carries an additional fee of 1% . Please contact us for details.

Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with this Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
Consent
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Security Hyperstore and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Security Hyperstore for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
Invoice Terms
All Electronic Equipment includes a 12-month Carry-In Warranty or otherwise specified,6-month carry-In warrant on paintball guns, pistols & gadgets. All CO2 pistols seals & paintball gun seals as well as bbs, pellets or paintballs lodged in unit are NOT covered under warranty & Ounce/s filled is not exact units charged, are UP TO. Transformers/Power supplies & batteries are not covered under warranty. All equipment must be brought to our head office at 43 Overport Drive for us to make any progress with repairs which can take up to 6 weeks. Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning damages may not be repaired or replaced under warranty. All repairs not collected within 3 months, will be sold to defray expenses. Security Hyperstore does not guarantee the workmanship or take responsibility for any error caused by any Independent Installer or Company. Referrals to an installer is made on request only. Security Hyperstore does not offer CASH REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any items purchased. However, a credit note may be passed in the customers favor on goods returned within 7 days of invoice date subject to ORIGINAL INVOICE produced & a 15% handling fee, bank fees & approval by management. No returns on any damaged goods or items out of its original packaging. Payments done via eft will have to be cleared before goods are released. Payments done via cash deposit will require a further 1% added to the total amount. By accepting our terms and conditions the customer hereby agrees to the above by means of receiving an electronic invoice. Goods remain the property of Security Hyperstore until paid for in full.
